Lost my colors when going back to Outlook 2000

I used Outlook XP for a while and got spoiled in the ability to use colors
(labels) for all the calander events. Now that I am back on Outllok 2000
(because that is what the rest of the company uses) I would love to find an
add-in or something that would give me the ability to color code my calander
events once again.

Anybody know of anything ?

OK, Now I've discovered that since I used my same PST file with all it's
history, my consideration of switching over to categories may not work. When
I go to the pre-defined view to View by Categories, The list is actually
sorted by what was the Label (color) identifier and the list cannot be
sorted by the category field.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks,

Doug

Outlook doesn't allow sorting on the Category field at all...you'd need to
group by category instead, or create a custom field you can sort on.

Ok, got that to work.

The labels still show up as an item with a drop-down in this type of view.
The selections are mostly jumbled characters though. Anything worthwhile I
can do with these labels in Outlook 2000 since they still are linked to the
entries ?

Really no add-in or programming I can use to get my colors back?

Still lost in B&W,

Doug
