Lost my identity

Running Entourage X, Mac OSX, 10.2.8, lots of processing power and
hard disc space.

Have lost all connection to emails/info/calendar info, etc. Tried Switch
Identity - doesn't work. Looked for database, found only current one
so far. I've seen a lot of "Rebuild the database" but don't know how to
do it. Can anyone help me? or if not, let me know what happened?

In the Entourage application there is a Tools menu. Select this and go down
to Accounts. Open this and you should see the Mail and News selections for
your accounts. Select the Mails accounts and see in there what your sending
and receiving servers are, what your Email name is, and what your Email
address is.
