LOST MY PRODUCT KEY FOR WORKS SUITE 2003

According to Microsoft this version of my works suite in no longer being
supported and inactive. Anyway they told me that I need to get a copy of
anyone else's product key in order to use it. Soooo Can anyone please share
with me the product key for works suite 2003. Thanks a million!

YES someone from Microsoft DID tell me to get a copy of some one elses. Like
I said, they can no longer provide me with a new product key, they tried but
it didnt work. My copy of Works suite 2003 came with my old gateway computer.
I moved, and I lost my case with the product key why do you ask?

Who told you to get someone else's key? (No one at Microsoft would have said

Since it came with your computer, Gateway is responsible, not Microsoft.
You need to contact them.

Hard to believe MS told you to get someone else's key. That's not how it
works.

To add to my story, I also want to let you know that my gateway computer was
stolen and reported with Gateway. I assure you that I called Gateway first
and then Microsoft and neither were able to help me. Gateway states that they
no longer have any codes from 2003 and Microsoft could only help, then
Microsoft says that they can't help me because they no longer work with this
version.

Looks like you're out of luck.

If your computer was stolen, the works suite wouldn't do you any good, as it
was tied to the Gateway PC.

Time to contact your insurance company. And as Tom has already stated, that
OEM version of Works Suite will not work on another computer even if you did
have the product key.

I lost me Product Key for Office Student Teacher edition? any suggestions?
when I purchased it the product key was on the celefane wrapping, not in the
actual case.

The product serial number is on the wrapping, but the product key will be on
a sticker on the case or the DVD inside it.
