Lost my send key in Entourage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I have been using Entourage for years. All of a sudden, my "send" key has gone away. When I check the "customize toolbar" area, I don't see an icon for send. I have no idea what happened. I was just using Entourage and went to send an email and the send key was not there. Where did it go and how do I get it back?

In the message window, the Send button is the very first one. You can always
use the shortcut. Command -Enter key (under Message in the Menu bar).
