Every time I enter entourage it asks me to give my username and password. I cannot receive email and I do not remember ever creating a password for my email account. Is there any way that I can check what it is using something similar to an email hint question? Or is there any other way to solve this problem?

Most ISPs, if not all, will require a password to connect to your mail
account. You'll need to contact your ISP and ask them to reset your
password. Possibly, you could do this online but I suspect you'll need
to get it changed via phone since you can't receive E-mail.
