Lost recycle bin from desktop

Dear support group, I seem to have lost the recycle bin
icon from my desktop. It may be overlaid within the
Norton Protected files icon. How do I restore the
recycle bin icon without losing other material? Thanks

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
