Lost Reply, Forward and Send options

Somehow I've lost the ability to select Reply, Forward,
or Send after I open a message. It seems like the task
bar that used to allow these actions is gone and I don't
know how to make it reappear. For now I open and read a
message, close it, select Reply from the Task Bar, then
select File, and finally Send. It is cumbersome and it
is driving me crazy. Please tell me how to get my
options back!

i think if you right click on the top menu on outlook it
gives you an option of what you want displayed on the
task bar
