lost worksheet information

I was working in one of my files on 05/30/07. I went back to that file
tonight and found the folder empty. All information was gone. Is there
anyway at all that I can restore the imformation that was in there?

You mean the folder on your drive contains no file(s)?
If you check the recently used file list in Excel's File menu, is the file
listed there? If so, does it open when you click that entry?
