I guarantee if you provide the information they ask you for, they will use
it (and you will be the loser, not the winner). A few years back, you might
have received an e-mail that told you if you passed it on, and the
recipients passed it on, that Bill Gates would deposit big bucks in a bank
account for you -- it was just as legitimate as the "Microsoft Lottery,"
which is to say, not legitmate at all.

That said, your postings would be much better received if you would use the
"Shift" key on your keyboard to capitlize using traditional upper-and-lower
case.

It is not. It is a thief trying to get you to tell him your private
information. Delete it.
