Hi I'm new to this user group and simply want to know if in Entourage
2004 is it possible to assign tasks to people as it is in Outlook?

I don't use Outlook so I'm not familiar with how it assigns tasks. In
Entourage there is a linking feature. Create a task, Save then you can
select the link icon at the top to link to the contact.

If you're looking to be able to assign tasks to others via an Exchange
server then no, this isn't possible in Entourage 2004. Maybe Entourage
2008? Let's hope.

I suggest you use the Help --> Send Feedback on Entourage menu in
Entourage to express your need for this feature.
