Mac sees contacts and cal as email on exchange LAN

I set up an account to access my outlook info on my office LAN. The
connection is established but all of my Contacts, calendar events,
journal entries are seen as email by my mac. Any idea how to fix this?
Am I missing something basic?

You need to make sure the Free/busy server is setup properly.
Basically, if your Webmail server address is something like that:

http://webmail.company.com

then the free/busy server should be:

webmail.company.com/public



That should allow Entourage to properly snc the AB and calendar events.
