Hello,

The Environment is Mac OSX 10.4/Entourage 2004 using Exchange2003.

Question: Is it possible to Drag Folders from Entourage, then drop the
data on another computer running the same version of Entourage..

Any thoughts, recommendations?

Yes. Dragging a folder to the desktop will create an industry standard
'MBOX' file. This can be dragged back in to any version of entourage.

Yes, that should work. If all of your data is located on the Exchange
Server (meaning you don't use tasks or notes), you could actually just
connect to the Exchange server on the other computer running Entourage to
acess your data.

If you need to move all of your data, it might be easier to move your entire
identity folder, located in
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office <version> Identites/<Your Identity>
to the same location on the other machine. Then you can switch identities
on the other machine (Entourage > Switch Identity) to access your data.

("~" represents your home folder, usually in /Users/<Your User>/)
