Macro - Fill first & then go next

Hi, my file shares by few users. I want them to enter value from range C2:C30 at worksheet1. Once done, they can click button at bottom to proceed next worksheet(worksheet2). If they do not enter any value, they cannot go next worksheet.

My Q:
1. any formula or macro to do that?
2. How about the button ?
