Macro Problems

I am trying to write a macro at the moment but am having alot of problems any
help would be gratefully recieved. The macro has to run when the workbook is
opened. What it needs to do is open another excel file called 'Temp Database'
and look at a sheet called 'Temps' it then needs to copy column A and then go
back to the workbook that is being opened and select a worksheet called
'Multiple Travel' and select column J and then use the paste special command
to only copy values and number formats. It also needs to then close down the
workbook called 'Temp Database' and save it. Please help.
