"Macro processing" as a choice of installation

Hello,

There's an interesting question. Is there an install option that will
prevent the macro execution functionalities be installed at all? Or to
prevent Office applications to process any macro they see within office
files and only selected users (preferably admins) can re-enable it ?

I ask this is because I heard the company of a friend of mine had figure
out that most of their employee have absolutely no need to run any macros
embedded within the office documents. And their managements have a concern
in macro virus, as they seen some of their employees quickly press Ok to the
macro warning dialogs poped out without thinking twice.

The requirement on prevent normal users to enable it is to prevent the
users to "accidentially" enable it, (Well, I don't see a reason, but... just
in case he'll need that too.) and is not the requirement from his
management.

Looking forward for any suggestions.

Regards,
Lau Lei Cheong
