Macro Security Setting problem

I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question or not, so I'm
sorry if it isn't. Anyway, we are running Office 2000 at work and a thrid
party application we have will integrate with Word but the macro security
settings need to be set to Low to save properly. I have a terminal server
with 2000 and Citrix Metaframe and the users connecting this way keep
reporting that the Macro Security Setting is constantly changing back to
High. I have the server set to get automatic updates. Is that what is
causing the setting to keep changing? Anyway to "lock" it down? Any help is
appreciated.

I think the better place to get help with this would be the
word.setup.networking newsgroup, with a cross-post to the office.setup
newsgroup. You might look in the direction of setting a system policy (see the
ORK)
