Macro to automate export command

Hi

How would I write a macro to automate an export command

I want to export the 'Outlook Today' personal folders file
Including subfolders
to C:\backfolder\outlook.pst
and Don't import duplicates.

I use Visual Basic and Visual Basic with Access but don't know what objects
and methods to use in Outlook
