Macros and Security

Uh oh.

I saw something flash by that said that macros won't work in high security.
Is this true if you purchase a code signing certificate, as well? If you have
a code signing certificate, can you then use high security AND run the macros
if you've built an add-in?

If you have a proper certificate (not self certificate) people can choose to
trust it and still have high or higher security set.

If you write an addin people can choose to lower their security when the add
in is first loaded and then raise it again straight after. If they have
"trust installed add ins" ticked (normally will have) then the add din will
continue to work.
