You're not talking to Microsoft here. This is not Mactopia help.

Please look for some form of feedback link on the site and report
problems that way.

You could just use the Entourage newsreader to access this newsgroup. The
web interface on Mactopia is a poor way to access the newsgroups.

Another benefit in Entourage is you can download older messages and use
Spotlight to search for answers.
