Made major mistake please help me undo!!!

My outlook has been acting up with lots of window's appearing, etc. As I
was just working, after having shut down the program twice for being non
responsive, a window appeared (never saw it before) that asked me if I
wanted this as my default. In the dropdown box it said something like
Outlook Profiles and when I clicked the drop-down box it also said "Sandra's
emails". I thought that it sounded cool so I clicked on it, choosing it for
my default. MAJOR MISTAKE. Another box announced that I'd made a fatal
mistake in Outlook and an envelope was gone, then it shut down. I
immediately opened Outlook and .....nothing. No records, no email addresses
in my books. Nothing!! Help... what did I do and is there anyway to undo
it??? Can I get to my former records anywhere????

You probably have more than one mail profile configured. Set it to prompt
you again for the profile so you'll be able to switch profiles. You can do
this in;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

I would go to control panel -> mail. Open mail and click
on show profiles. Check if one has "always use this
profile" checked. I would try selecting the prompt for a
profile to be used.... then when you open outlook try both
profiles. One will probably have your "lost" emails in it.
