mail.app and exchange 2003 connectivity

Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Hi, I am having troubles setting up mail.app to connect to the exchange server using their exchange connection on the MACs in our office. Previously they were using Entourage, that worked fine until their mailboxes get corrupted due to oversize and hog down the exchange server.

I can telnet to port 143 and 993 fine.

incoming server: ip address
outoging server: ip address
outlook mail access address: <https://mail.domain.com/exchange>
username: domain/user
email: [email protected]

any ideas?

You should ask your question in a different forum. This is not the
place to ask about Mail.app.
Previously they were using Entourage, that worked fine until their

I'd focus on fixing that, Entourage's Exchange support is still much
better than Mail.app's.
