Mail Delivery error

I get this error when checking my hotmail using Outlook
Express. Our firewall blocks the hotmail.com web page
and I was hoping to get my mail through Outlook. does
anyone know if this is still possible?

It is likely that the message was removed or expired from

Account: 'Hotmail',
