Mail delivery problem

For some reason there is one hotmail address to which I can neither
send nor receive from my TalkTalk mail account with Entourage. I have
checked that it is not marked as Junk but is there another way I could
have blocked this sender? It's my Mum and she thinks I'm ignoring her!

In webmail view, find one of our Mum's emails and see what options are set
for that email. I don't have a Hotmail account so not sure how they deal
with emails.
