Mail delivery problems

Entourage 2004 v. 11.2.4, ISP Cox

First problem (that I am aware of): Send Message A with two addresses
in send area. One gets it; the other doesn't. Send Message B to the
same two addresses. Neither gets it. That's just an example. There
are similar situations in which some addresses (or all, maybe) don't
receive the message.

Second problem: This just started a few days ago. Send a message to my
daughter. It bounces back --

Your message was rejected by mailin-01.mx.aol.com for the following
reason:

: (ISP:B2) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554ispb2.html
TRANSACTION FAILED

Tried a few more times. Same problem. Asked my other daughter to send
her a message. No problem.

Go to Cox web mail and send the message. No problem.

Use Apple Mail instead of Entourage to send the message. No problem.

Looks like second problem -- and maybe first problem too -- are
Entourage related.

Any ideas or suggestions, anyone?

Try having your daughter send you an email, and reply to it, she should get
it. Keep that one around and always reply to it. We've had this problem for
a long time. You can reply to an AOL email, but can't originate a
conversation with them.
