I need help!
My Entourage X was sending a message with a pdf attachment when my
computer unexpectedly crashed (I'm on a G4 PowerBook running OS
v10.3.9) . When I re-opened Entourage after restart and tried to resend
the file, I got the error "Could not save this message. Mail error."
error." Every time I got that message, I would quit Entourage and each
time "Entourage has unexpectedly quit" would come up.
Throughout all of this, I could still receive and view emails but do
nothing else.
I read through this usergroup and found instructions to repair the
database, which I tried to do. First through the typical and then
through the advance. While rebuilding, this message came up, "Rebuild
failed. It is likely that your database cannot be repaired" or
something like that.
Now when I try to open Entourage it won't even open. It flashes some
warning about repairing the database, but it comes and goes so quick
that I can't really read it.
Any help would be appreciated as I run my own business and feel like my
life (or at least the life of my business) was in there!
Thanks,
Rachel
