mail error

try to get my contacts in entourage but it chrashes and says mail
error. I can acces my emails but not my contacts. What can I do?

You didn't give us much details about your setup there... assume you
want to synchronize your address book with an Exchange server in
Entourage 10.1.4 ???
To do that, you fisrt need to make sure the Exchange server has OWA
enabled (you can access you mail through http on an address looking
like:http://<your server>/exchange/<your login>
Then you have to use <your Exchange server>/public as your free/busy
server in the settings of your account.
