Mail Folder

I continue to lose mail folders in Entourage. They are no longer visible in my folder list but yet they seem to be there because I can't create a new one with the same name. It says that one already exists. In addition, I still have the folder in the Mac Mail program. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to bring these folders back into view?

Thanks!

Are you talking about folders in an IMAP account or local folders??
In any case, I would launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to
rebuild the database,

If they are IMAP, did you try the refresh?

Control click on the Inbox and select Refresh. You might try Repair message
list in this same menu.
