Mail folders are empty after 60 days

Can someone please tell me how to access my mail that I have stored for
more then 60 days. When I try to find mail that has been recieved
longer then 60 days, either in my inbox or folders, its not there.

I cant seem to find any answers, nor help on the help menu. Novice
question I'm sure, appreciate any help someone can give me.

Follow up would be is their a program that will allow me to store all
my messages for ever, like outlook can?

Are you keeping the messages on the server or using an IMAP setup? 60 days
may be the ISPs limit.

Try creating folders in Entourage and archive to them every so often so you
don't lose messages.

Mail is not deleted unless it's in the Deleted Items folder and a schedule
is set to delete it. I would say you have View->Unread only, but since your
problem seems to apply only to older mail I don't think that is the problem.
Next option would be to look at how your store your mail. Is this done by a
rule? Is it moved to a different folder? More details would help.

To see if the mail still exists, create a Mail View to show mail older than
60 days and see what it finds.

Date Received is older than 60 days
