Mail folders not there

I have a client having some trouble with entourage. When she clicks on
a new email she can use the pull down menu in entourage to move her
new email to a saved folder. Problem is she can't seem to get to the
saved folder. It does not show up in the list of folders on the side
of entourage. Is this a preference or something simple I can look at?

Hi Sven-Goran,

You're going to have to give us a lot more information. What versions of
the OS and Entourage is she using. Is Office/Entourage updated (10.1.2,
10.1.4 or what?) Is it a POP or IMAP account? What do you mean by a "saved
folder" ­ one that she created or one of the default folders?

Assuming she created the folder, is it possibly a SUBfolder that she can't
see because she hasn't clicked on the little arrow to expand the parent
folder?
