Mail labels

I¹m new to the Mac and Entourage. I have a Dymo label printer... I¹m used to
being able to copy a mail address from my old Lotus Organizer to the Windows
clipboard, thence pasting in Dymo¹s printer software. Looks like Entourage
has no way to copy name, street, city, state, zip. Lotus Organizer has what
they called a Special Copy, which copied name, street, city, state, zip.
Nice touch. Anyone know of any way to do that in Entourage or Mac?

Hi Art,

Next to address information, there is an icon of a little person with a
circled "i". Click on that for a menu of Address Actions, which includes
Copy to Clipboard. I find that this needs to be done in the Preview pane of
the Address Book window or the open contact, don't see a way to do it from
the contact list.

Does that work for you? Some follow-up posts may have more efficient
suggestions, I'm no Entourage expert.

Welcome to the Mac!

That's right. You can do this from the Preview Pane (below) when selecting a
contact, or from the Summary (front) pane if the contact is opened.

From the address list itself, a simple selection and copy (cmd-C) copies the
full name and email address to the clipboard.

Thanks to Paul and Daiya.

When I click cmd-c with a name highlighted at the list, I get their name and
email address to the clipboard. But, in the preview pane, clicking on the
little I icon gets me a context menu with the option to copy to clipboard.
