Mail Merge Data Source

I have a data base that I use for different merge operations. When I
customize a "Mail Merge Recipients" list for a specific application, how can
I fine that same customized recipients list to use for another application?
I don't see any file names to hunt for.

Which version of Word is this?

Does Word prompt you to save the list when you create it the first time? To
what file name and location did you save it? You should be able to find it
right there...
