Mail Merge (Directory) using Outlook Contacts as source

I am very comfortable in doing a mail merge using various sources, but
have never used Outlook Contacts. When I choose "Select from Outlook
Contacts" and then "Choose Contact Folder" I can only access the
contact folder in my personal folders rather than the main contact
folder in Outlook. Any thoughts?

Start in the contacts folder you want to use and choose Tools | Mail Merge.
