Mail merge for email

I want to create a personalized email for about 100 people
in my Outlook contact list. I want the email to be
personalized, which I can do with mail merge.

I want to send them a PDF as an attachment.

How do I have the personalized message in the email with
another file attached?

Also, I cannot seem to get the mail merge to maintain my
HTML format.

The native mail merge function does not support attachments. You'd need to
look at third party solutions.
