mail merge - text formatting does not work

Hi there,

I am trying to do an email merge from Word through Entourage X but the
formatting which I have set up in Word gets lost when the email shows
up in Entourage X.
I have created a list in Excel from where I get the email addresses
and set up a letter in Word (with bold headlines, etc.) to do an email
merge through Entourage X.

When I click 'Merge to Mail' the pop-up window only gives me the
option to click 'send as': 'Text' or 'Attachment' BUT not 'Html' which
the Word Help menu suggests.

Obviously, when I click 'Text' and then 'Data Merge to Outbox' the
formatting gets lost.

Is there a general set up in Word for Html?

I see the HTML Message option in Word 2004, and it works fine. Can
anyone test this in Word X?

Data Merge was not as good in Word X, and neither was sending as HTML,
so it's possible this just might not work. But Help should not be lying
to you. Is your Office X completely updated? (use Help | Check for Updates)

Thanks for the hint.

I just updated Office X and the problem still exists.

It still does not allow me to choose 'Html' ...

Well, any other suggestions?
