I have a co-worker that is trying to establish a mail
merge for envelopes. Approximately 50 address'. She
noticed that it was not picking up the zip code. She has
to go into the match fields window on each address and
pick the postal code and change it from not available to
zip postal code. Is there a way to save this setting so
she does not have to change it each time.
