Mail Merge

Freddy

When attempting to create an e-mail query from an Access
data base with mail merg, a warning stating that their is
possibly somebody trying to send bulk e-mail from that
account and then prompts us to verify each e-mail from the
database, all 178. We have been able to reproduce the
problem on other PC's, which leads us to believe that
there might be a bug in the system. We are using Microsoft
Outlook 2002 and Office 2000 on a 2000 pro machine and
2000 server. Thank you,
Freddy

I never did see a followup response to this.

I have the same question.

I am using an Excel spreadsheet ( MS Professional Edition 2003) as a data base which has a field with e-mail addresses. When I try to do an e-mail merge from Word I get the warning about bulk mailing. I need to click yes for every message.

My older version of MS Office did not have that blocking "feature".

Use the HTML format for the email merge.
