I routinely merge from a Word document to email in Entourage. I can send all merged messages without problem. Often I would like to add personal information to the merged emails before sending, but somehow the emails are locked and I can not add anything or change anything.

Is there any way around this limitation?

Mail messages cannot be modified once the merge process in Word is complete.
As a workaround, you could simply add the personal information to the Word
document itself before attempting the merge process. If you need help with
that, just post back.
