Mail missing from subfolders

Hi,

Once I've configured Entourage 2004 and synchronised, I'm finding that
emails that were previously visible in sub-sub-folders (i.e. Folders within
folders within the inbox) are now showing as empty.

If I use Apple's Mail.app I can see that the email is still there -
Entourage 2004 just doesn't seem to want to display them. Even after
emptying the cache and resynchronising.

Any ideas?
