Mail moved to Local Folders

Hi all,
Strange thing occurring on Entourage 2004 (Build 11.2.1). Using an
Exchange (2003) account, new mail is not delivered to the Exchange
Inbox; instead it is being moved to the inbox of "Local Folders on My
Computer". Very annoying for the user. Does anyone out there have any
ideas?

Check the Exchange rules in your account. I bet you rebuilt the database
and now the rules point to the wrong folders...

Hi Corentin,
Unfortunately there are no rules in the account at all. Also, we
haven't rebuilt the database - rather, we've removed the identity and
re-created it on the machine.
We've also uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2004, and reapplied
patches up to 11.2.1 - still no joy.
Can we completely remove the "Local Folders" so it's only using the
'live' Exchange folders?
