Mail not deleting

Hello All,

I am using MS Entourage 2004 11.3 and occasionally when I press delete
on an item the message will not disappear from the list. Other times
this works with no problem

It seems that I have to rebuild the message list to get the email to go
away. I am using IMAP.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Try option-command-L. It does an (undocumented) "special" IMAP refresh.
