Excuse me if this is the wrong newsgroup - I am new to Entourage (and Mac).
Occasionally when I send an email the people that receive it get a format
problem that tells them that their email client may not display mime format
correctly. This doesn't happen to all emails.
And occasionally when people reply to the email won't go and they have to
start a new email.
Is there a setting I can change that will stop this problem? I used to use
Outlook and it didn't happen but I am unfamiliar with what settings to
change in Entourage - even though I can see that there are a few options.
