Mail Sub-Window disappeared

When I¹m viewing my Mail window, I used to have a window on top which
displayed a list of my email messages, with a window below that showed the
contents of the selected email item. Now the bottom window has disappeared,
so that all I see is a list of my email and the only way to see the contents
is to double-click on the email item.

Why did that window disappear and how to I get it back? The Address Book
has a similar setup and hasn¹t disappeared.

I¹m using OS 10.2.8, Entourage 10.1.1.

That feature is called the Preview Pane. It's easy to toggle on and off ­
just go to View -> Preview Pane (or press Command-\) to restore it.

At some point you should probably download and install the latest Office
updates from the Microsoft site.
