Mail using Entourage

Email Client: pop

I updated my operating system (MAC OS) and now when I try to retrieve or send e-mail, I get the error message: "Access to Resource is Forbidden. How do I solve this problem?

My OS is 12.2.1 - I think

Hi Javier, the OS cannot be 12.2.1. check for the correct os from the Apple menu> About this Mac and check for the version#. It should be 10.xx
Now can we know if you are using Entourage as your email client or is there any other client that you use?
