In exchange 5.5 admin console I set the Information Store Storage Limits for
a particular user to Issue a Warning when his mailbox got to a certain size.
Then I went into to Information Store Site Configuration properties to
Storage Warnings and set it to Always. His mailbox surpassed that limit and
he received no warning. How does the Issue warning send the message to the
mailbox owner, and when?
