Mailbox Management Policies

I have configured the mailbox management policy to clean out all items in
the mailbox that are older then 30 days. This includes checking the "All
other Mail folders". I have a customer that uses delayed delivery and
sometimes sets the delivery 6 months ahead of time. Two questions, is there
a maximum period of time you can delay an e-mail? ...And, if the e-mail is
sitting in the Outbox until it is delivered, does the 30 day delete policy
apply to the Outbox if the "All other Mail folders" option is selected.
