Mailbox Rule not working

I am trying to set up a rule so that all email to one of my email accounts
goes into a specific folder. I did a;

"If"
Account - is - myemail@certain account
"Then"
Move Message - folder I picked
That does nothing.

I even tried one;
"If"
Any Reciepent - is - myemail@certain account
"Then"
Move Message - folder I picked

Can anyone offer any insight? Neither of these are doing anything.

Try "contains" instead of "is". Also make sure this rule is not coming
after other rules that might interfere. m.

I finally got something figured out on this. I was trying to apply a Rule to
all incoming messages to a particular account. The Rules never did anything.
I made a "Mail List Manager" and it works fine. Not sure what the difference
in those two things is suppose to be but it's doing what I wanted so I be
happy.
