Mailbox size is HUGE! (w/ Exchange)

We have 2 Mac clients running OSX with Entourage. The mailbox size for the
Mac users almost triples on our Exchange server even though the user is not
sending any mail. It seems appointments are duplicating in the calendar?.
Has anyone had this problem? Hopefully someone has a fix.
