Mails aren't check automatically

I am using IMAP and had set the mail checking rate to one minute. Works fine in Apple Mail.

Entourage often does not check the mails automatically. I often have to press cmd+k to get new mails.

Any hints on that.

By the way: I really start to like the new version. Some stuff is really bad, like still having a database and the really bad icons, but the whole system is ok....

Do you have a schedule? Do you see it go off? What happens? Make sure on the
schedule that you "Click here for account options" and choose the folders to
sync.

Have you tried Live Sync?

Go to Tools --> Accounts... and open your Account Settings. Under the
Option tab select Live Sync. If your IMAP server supports this then
Entourage will be updated as it arrives on the server. Otherwise,
Entourage will check mail using the Send & Receive All schedule, which
is set to 10 minutes by default.
