Mails cant be recieved

We ae using OE6 as our defualt mail client.
It cant send mails but there is noproblem in recieving
mails. When we send mails they are going out of outbox and
those mails also shown in sent items.

We are using win proxy for sharing internet I verified the
settings in winproxy everything is alright.SMTP service
also running in proxy server.


sent Items entries are shown below

To subject sent account

(e-mail address removed) something date 192.168.1.26



where 192.168.1.26 is Ip address of Proxyserver.



what could be the problem how can i rectify it.
