Mails get lost with Entourage 2004/Exchange 2000 (Inbox/Sent Items)

Hi,

I'm accessing my Exchange-Mailbox with Entourage 2004 on OS 10.3.4.
I've noticed that mails older than about 3 months are automatically
deleted in Inbox (and Subfolders) and Sent Items. Thanks god I have a
backup.

Does anyone have the same problem? How to solve it?

Entourage will not automatically delete anything unless you have a
Schedule (Tools > Schedules) in place to delete old mail.

If that's not the case, check with your Exchange server administrator.
